Dearsy Privacy Policy
Effective: October 22, 2026. Applies to Dearsy Android (com.Dearsy.app). Developer, support and privacy contact: rakcai@163.com. Dearsy is an AI text chat application for users aged 18 and over.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google, Dearsy receives your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name and optional profile photo. We use these data only to create and identify your Dearsy account and display your profile. We verify the Google ID token on our server and issue a separate Dearsy session. We do not request or read Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files or other private Google content.
Conversation and report data
We store your text messages, generated replies, character identifier and timestamps to restore conversations. When you report an AI reply in the app, we store the reported text, reason, character, time and account identifier so the developer can review it. Failed generations are not stored as successful conversation turns. Clearing a conversation does not withdraw a previously submitted report.
Processing and service providers
For AI generation, we send the selected fictional character setting, your current message and up to the most recent 24 messages to Kimi (Moonshot AI). Your input and proposed reply are also sent to Kimi for safety classification. Dearsy does not send your Google email address, profile photo or account identifier as part of these model prompts. Kimi processes requests according to its service policies. Dearsy servers use Alibaba Cloud infrastructure in Singapore. These service providers process data to operate authentication, hosting and AI chat; Dearsy does not sell your data or use Google profile data for advertising.
Retention, security and deletion
Account profiles and chat history remain until you delete your account or clear the relevant conversation; this test service has no automatic chat expiry. Dearsy sessions expire within seven days and are stored in Android secure storage. Network traffic uses HTTPS. Chat records are separated by account and character. The app does not ask for microphone, photo library, contacts or location access.
In the app, open the profile screen and select account and chat deletion. This deletes your Dearsy profile, all chat records, associated content reports and server sessions. It does not delete your Google account. You can clear individual chats separately. If you cannot sign in, use the account deletion instructions to email us from the sign-in address; we verify ownership before manual processing. Data already sent to the AI provider remains subject to that provider's policies. Deployment recovery backups are separate from the active database and may retain earlier records. This test service has no automatic backup expiry; contact the developer to request removal from retained recovery backups. Backups are restricted to disaster recovery and are not used to serve chat requests.
Your choices
You can stop using Dearsy and revoke its authorization in your Google account. Contact rakcai@163.com to request access, correction or deletion, or ask privacy questions. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details or identity documents. AI responses may be inaccurate and all characters are fictional.

使用文字聊天时，服务端保存你的消息、AI 回复、角色标识和时间，以便恢复对话。生成失败的对话不会作为成功聊天记录保存。为降低不当内容风险，输入和拟展示的 AI 回复也会发送至 Kimi 进行安全检查。
真实 AI 回复通过 Kimi（Moonshot AI）API 生成。选中角色的设定、当前输入和最多最近 24 条消息会发送至该模型服务。Kimi 会按其服务政策处理这些请求。服务器使用阿里云基础设施，当前服务部署于新加坡；请根据自己的所在地判断是否使用该测试服务。
Android 登录会话保存在系统安全存储中，网络传输通过 HTTPS 保护。聊天按账号和角色隔离。本版本不需要麦克风、相册、通讯录或定位权限。请不要在聊天中发送密码、支付信息、证件号码等敏感资料。
你可以在每条 AI 回复旁点击「举报」，直接在 App 内向开发者提交内容审查请求。我们保存被举报的回复、所属角色、举报原因、时间和账号标识以处理问题。清空聊天不会自动撤回已提交的举报；删除账号时会一并删除相关举报记录。
聊天记录保留以支持继续对话，直到你清空对应聊天或删除账号。本测试版本未设置自动到期删除。服务端登录会话最长有效 7 天。你可以在 App 内退出、清空单个角色对话，或删除账号及其全部聊天数据。账号删除会撤销所有服务端登录会话；已发送给第三方模型服务的数据按该服务的政策处理。
